Realize the Need
to Summarize

Many educators would punish
students for not completing reading assignments.
Students would have to read the classics, and
then suffer from possible pop quizzes during
their school days.
Many also have a hatred
against reading summaries of great literature.
Nevertheless, there
actually is a need for summaries.
People only have a limited
time to live, and books are…well…books.
Human beings also need food
and water, and not words on paper that people
could never consume (unless they choose to eat
paper, of course).
And of course, some people
would rather watch cinematic classics rather than
read literary classics.
And remember…a movie
is…just….a movie.
Therefore, summaries are
essential for the sake of time!
