The Maker's Decision

It just didn’t work out the way I thought it would . . . the way I hoped it would. There’s nothing left to do when an experiment fails. I gave it enough time. No one would argue with that. If things don’t succeed after 200,000 years, they’re just not going to succeed. It pains me to have to do this, but it’s the only intelligent decision. It’s time to press the obliteration button. Goodbye, human race! Okay . . . where’d I put that damn button?
